Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer support team at support@itsaparentthing.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: Since we aim to keep our prices low by operating a single overseas warehouse, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, we are willing to discuss options to minimize your expenses. Email us, and we’ll work together to find the best solution.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the RA number. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at itsaparentthing.cs@gmail.com with the following:
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photo of the parcel
- Photo of the mailing label
Our team will review the information and provide instructions for returning the item or receiving a replacement.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
- Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please follow the return process for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
Order Cancellations: We do not accept order cancellations as we begin processing orders immediately to ensure prompt fulfillment.
