We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. If you'd like to return an item, please get in touch with us first. Due to our efforts to provide low prices without compromising quality, we only have one warehouse overseas. As a result, you will need to cover the return shipping fees. However, we are always open to discussing options to minimize your costs. Just email us, and we’ll work it out together.

2. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If your item arrives damaged, please send us photos of the item, the parcel, and the mailing label. This will help us address the issue quickly and efficiently. We will then provide you with the next steps to resolve the matter.

3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. We strive to process and fulfill orders within 24-48 hours after purchase to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure prompt fulfillment.
